The Helicopter Report is a series of figures providing a 'helicopter view' of the key patient outcomes from PCOC between 2009 and 2017.
PCOC's longitudinal database of patient outcomes comprises data describing more than 1,000,000 phases of palliative care provided both within hospitals and patient's homes.
The PCOC data set captures demographic, setting and clinical assessment information for palliative care patients across Australia. This data set supports a common clinical language in palliative care and streamlines communication between palliative care providers.
